The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk away from the cable way to the mountains. The facilities were fantastic, including a sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and relaxing room. Staff members were friendly and attentive, providing useful information in English. The cozy and modern design of the hotel blended traditional styles with modern amenities seamlessly. Lastly, the breakfast was fresh and substantial, setting us up nicely for the day.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the breakfast was outstanding with a variety of homemade pies and fresh fruit juices. the rooms were very well furnished and the staff really made us feel at home. the location was ideal, in the heart of the town with easy access to all the attractions. the sauna area was fantastic, very clean and relaxing. a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surroundings. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, with very comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. Great dinner and friendly staff. Location is central for exploring the town on foot. Delicious breakfast with homemade pastries worth mentioning.

The bathroom was a design fail. Transparent glass walls and door coupled with a glass shower room led to water leaks.
